Biography:

Chris was born in Edmond, Oklahoma. He received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2005.  Chris became a Certified Public Accountant in 2007 and received his law degree from Oklahoma City University and was licensed to practice law in Oklahoma in 2008.

While attending law school and prior to joining the firm, Chris worked in the corporate tax department of a local Fortune 500 Oil & Gas Company.  Additionally at Oklahoma City University he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, served as Student Bar Association President, and was recognized with the Dean’s Distinguished Service to the School Award.   Chris was also a student member of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court.

The Oklahoma Bar Association recognized Chris’s professional achievements by selecting him as a member of the 2009-2010 Leadership Academy Class.  Also, Chris has been selected by the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants as a 2010 Trailblazer, an OSCPA member who is under 40 or has five or less years of CPA experience, recognizing innovation, professional dedication and community commitment.

Chris is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the University of Oklahoma Alumni Association, Oklahoma City University Alumni Association, and a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation.

While Chris is away from the office he enjoys golf and soccer.
